The Sports Training Camp is a four day camp for sports athletes but designed for Basketball and Volleyball players.
We are excited about this camp and can’t wait to see the impact it has on the players ability.
Players will learn some great drills and fundamentals that will help them in the future.
Basketball Drills included: dribbling, driving and shooting
Volleyball Drills: hitting, serving and setting
This camp also includes Speed, Agility and Quickness, Vertical Leap, Strength, Conditioning and Stretching. We can’t emphasis stretching enough and using target stretching and exercises for the athletes to gain maximum results.
Basketball and Volleyball players will greatly benefit from this camp.
This camp will be ran by a Certified Trainer.
